Dar Mara Agro & Processing Limited is a joint venture between DAR Capital Group and the Mara Group. The company is a business focused on the entire value chain of the Agricultural sector in Africa, from land acquisition and cultivation (owned and contracted) by way of a focused crop-strategy, through to post harvest optimization including warehousing, processing, packaging and retail. The firm has already secured land in Uganda as a starting point. The firm believes that value addition is key and will be doing just that.
