Mara Capri Africa (MCA) is a joint venture between Mara Capital (MC) and Capri Global Capital (CGC). MCA manages and develops real estate assets in Africa. CGC has approximately $500m assets under management and is mandated to develop real estate assets across emerging and frontier markets.
