Those who love bird watching, fishing and boating will love this island. Like most of the areas in this lake region, the weather is exceptionally good. The sun is up promptly at 7:00 AM and it's hot most of the day with cool breezes coming in from the lake. The people of Uganda have always been known to be very friendly and hospitable. Riley Packaging boasts one of the largest modern corrugated-board factories in East Africa. We manufacture of a wide range of corrugated products, various types of display stands and other related items.
Riley Packaging was formed in 2001 to manufacture and print 3ply and 5ply corrugated boxes and related packaging. Riley products are used, for example, in packing fish, foodstuffs, flowers, biscuits, distillers and many other FMCG and Agricultural products. In 2008 we moved into a new specially built $13million factory on the outskirts of Mukono town 25kms from Kampala, Uganda from our old premises.
We now produce in excess of 12,000tons of corrugated cardboard packaging a year for our clients in Uganda and neighboring countries. The future brings with it more growth plans as we fulfill existing capacity and develop new strategies to increase our market share in the region.

We partner with government secondary schools to put students first to ensure they get the education they deserve. The Next Generation is a programme of investment and management for government-funded secondary schools in Uganda. We will make a small capital investment to improve school facilities, and then engage with the school long-term to enhance the quality of education provided there, using our core principles of efficiency and effectiveness.
